Listings and stock
Every listing with its price, its status and any problem Amazon reports, and the stock behind it - the quantity you ship yourself, or what Amazon holds for you: available, on the way and reserved.
Payouts and what each order earned
Each Amazon payout and what it was made of - sales, fees, refunds - checked to add up. The money since your last payout, and for each order what has been paid out, what is on the way and what Amazon is still holding.
Packages and tracking
For orders you ship yourself: each package's carrier, tracking number and status. Bought a label outside Amazon? Add its tracking number from SMG, and Amazon marks the order shipped.
Your data, downloadable
Your Amazon orders, listings, payouts, transactions and packages as spreadsheets whenever you want them.
Your team, your rules
Your company's owner decides who uses Amazon in SMG and who may ship orders, see money or download data. Changes to people's access, and every tracking number sent, are recorded in your company's activity history.

- A tracking number for an order - only when someone in your company adds it and presses Send to Amazon
SMG never asks for
- Buyers' names, addresses, email addresses or phone numbers - SMG does not ask Amazon for them
- Your Amazon password - you approve SMG on Amazon's own page
- Changes to your listings, prices or stock on Amazon - SMG Commerce shows them; you change them in Seller Central
PROTECTION
How your store's data is kept safe.
- Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS).
- Your marketplace access is encrypted before it is stored, with a key kept outside the database, and is never shown or logged.
- Every login uses two-step sign-in.
- Your company sees only its own stores. SMG staff do not see your Amazon orders.
- SMG does not sell your data or use it for advertising, and runs on servers SMG operates itself.

CONNECTING
Connecting and disconnecting your store.
- When Amazon opens to your company, the person your company allows to manage stores connects it: SMG sends them to Amazon's own page, they sign in to Seller Central there and approve SMG Commerce. SMG never sees your Amazon password.
- You can remove SMG's access at any time in Seller Central; SMG then stops reading your store.
- To have your company's data deleted from SMG, write to us (see Contact Us) - we answer within 30 days.
